Your mind is more powerful than you think. Let's use it.

Hypnotherapy at Cosmic Garden Healing isn't what you've seen in movies. There's no swinging pocket watch, no loss of control, and no chance of getting "stuck." What you'll actually experience is something far more grounded and honestly, far more interesting.

Your First Session — 90 Minutes

We start by talking. Before anything else, I want to understand you, what you're carrying, what you want to change, and what you've already tried. Together we'll map out a plan that actually fits your life and your goals.

From there, we'll ease into your first hypnosis experience, a shorter intro session designed to let you feel what it's actually like. Spoiler: most people describe it as deeply relaxing, almost like that floaty feeling right before you fall asleep. You're aware, you're in control, and you can come out of it any time you choose.

We'll also identify your suggestibility style, essentially, how your brain best receives and processes new information. This is one of the most important things we can learn about you, because it means every suggestion I offer in future sessions is delivered in the exact way your mind is wired to receive it.

Ongoing Sessions — 60 Minutes

Each follow-up session begins with a check-in. How have you felt since we last met? What's shifted? What still needs attention? Some clients notice significant changes after just one session. Others are working through something layered and want to keep going. Both are completely valid, we move at your pace.

The hypnosis portion involves you sitting comfortably, closing your eyes, relaxing your body, and simply listening to my voice. That's it. You may be asked to take a breath, lift a finger, or occasionally speak out loud, yes, you can talk while under hypnosis, and it's actually a really cool part of the process. This is where the real work happens. The suggestions I offer during this time are what begin to rewire old patterns and replace them with new ones.

Every session I'll record the hypnosis portion and send it to you. Listening daily between sessions deepens the work and accelerates your results.

Let's Clear Up a Few Things

"Will I be under your control?" No. Hypnosis is a state of focused relaxation, you're aware the entire time and you cannot be made to do or say anything against your will. You are always in the driver's seat.

"What if I can't be hypnotized?" Everyone can experience hypnosis. It's a natural state your brain already enters on its own. Some people go deeper than others, and that's okay — the work is effective across the spectrum.

"What if I fall asleep?" You might feel like you're drifting, but you'll be aware enough to hear and respond. And if you do drift off? Your subconscious is still listening.
